When the Meilland Richardier house wanted to dedicate a rose to Jeanne Moreau, to bear her name, it knew it had to be an exceptional variety. One in a million. Like the great ladies of French cinema. Thus appears this rose with large flowers of 100 blue-white petals and a strong and intoxicating fragrance , carried by a plant with dense vegetation.
Jeanne Moreau has an early, very abundant and continuous flowering, with its flowers having a remarkable diameter of 14 cm, and the height of the plant at maturity reaches 80-90 cm. The numerous awards and medals won only recommend this rose even more. We are talking about the Medal of Fragrance from Geneva and Saverne in 2002, the Silver Medal from Baden-Baden in 2002, the Le Roeulx Certificate in 2002 and the Bronze Medal from Gifu (Japan) in 2008.
Recommended for cut flowers in vases and floral arrangements. The cut flower has a durability of approx. 7-10 days.
