WHAT DOES THE FAMUS ROSE WARRANTY COVER?
If the rose was damaged in transit or is of poor quality, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep the contents and packaging.

We guarantee the grip
Roses are living plants and sometimes problems can arise. If upon receipt of a rose it meets the quality standards but does not take root, we will replace it free of charge. The customer only pays for the courier delivery. Please plant and care for your roses according to our instructions.

We guarantee variety (color) and authenticity (original products)
Our roses are genuine products. Each rose bush is accompanied by a producer's label, which proves the authenticity and variety of the rose. If the rose does not match the variety, it will be replaced free of charge.

We guarantee exceptional quality
All our roses are premium quality products. We only require quality I roses from our suppliers, which we sort once more to ensure that we only deliver exceptional quality. That is why the bushes that reach you are well developed, without broken branches, cracked grafts or problematic roots.


WHAT DOES NOT COVER THIS WARRANTY?
This guarantee does not apply in the event of conditions that are not dependent on the quality of the roses. We mean extreme weather conditions, incorrect application of fertilizers or chemicals to combat diseases and pests, incorrect planting or even negligence.

For example, in cold weather above -10°C, if the roses are not protected, some of them will freeze. In floods and mud, the roots will rot, and in drought, the roses will dry out.

The guarantee for the grip and variety is valid for 6 months from the date of shipment of the roses.
