Refunds, returns and exchanges of products
We guarantee that all of our roses are of the highest quality and if planted correctly, have a 100% set.
If a product does not take hold or does not grow during the warranty period, we will replace it or refund your money. In the event that this happens, please email us the information along with the following:
- the label of each rose
- copy of the order
- product photos
Note: A product can only be exchanged for another product of the same variety. We do not exchange or refund products that have not been prepared or planted according to our instructions.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at viaceslav.buhna@famousroses.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Stock exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the money if the delivery was made 2 times to the delivery address specified in the order and the recipient was not found at the address and cannot be contacted.
