At Famous Roses we value good stories as much as we value every rose we host. Eddy Mitchell is the most rock and roll of all the Meilland Richardier roses. It seems that Eddy Mitchell wanted a black rose in memory of the period he spent as "Chaussettes Noires" (Black Socks), but Meilland has gone even further and added a yellow tint, creating an absolutely unique color, with the face of the petal from velvety red to almost black and golden yellow on the other side of the petal.
Eddy Mitchell is a long-blooming, vigorous rose with dark green, disease-resistant foliage. Its flower is 10 cm in diameter and has approximately 27 petals, and when mature, it reaches a height of 60-80 cm.
Recommended for cut flowers in vases and floral arrangements. The cut flower has a durability of approx. 7-10 days.
